You can permanently delete your Nowadays account here, without installing the app. Sign in with the same Google account you use in Nowadays and confirm.
Deleting your account permanently removes, immediately and without a recovery period:
Your journal entries, check-ins and relationship data are encrypted and stored on your device only — we never receive them and cannot read them. There is nothing for us to delete on our side, and deleting your account does not erase them from your phone. To remove that data, delete the app or use Settings → Delete account in the app, which clears local data as well.
This does not cancel a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play, not by us, so deleting your account leaves an active subscription running. Cancel it first at Google Play → Subscriptions. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.
Sign in with the Google account you use in Nowadays. We use this only to confirm it's you — nothing is deleted until you confirm on the next step.

This is permanent. It cannot be undone, and the account cannot be recovered.
Your account has been deleted.
Nothing further is required. If you still have Nowadays installed, delete the app to remove the entries stored on your device. If you had a paid subscription, remember to cancel it at Google Play → Subscriptions.
If you can't sign in — for example you've lost access to the Google account — email support@nowadays.love from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
